What you see a dying corporation. We are trapped in a organizational kaleidoscope intended to sustain the illusion that we are members of an Oregon nonprofit, mutual benefit corporation. In reality, it is somewhere between a kleptocracy (an  organization ruled by thieves) and a kakistocracy (an organization run by unprincipled grifters). These attention-seeking, groupthinking, pooh-bahs are slaves to their own vices of vanity, venality, and - worst of all -  their Kruger-Dunning syndromes.  They have little or no regard for the statutory and codified rights of the corporation's members that are defined in the corporation's governing documents. There is no Rule of Law: instead it is mob rule within a a Cult of Personality.
