At the 3/12/2025 board meeting, the board decided to use AI to produce transcripts and summaries of board meetings.  This was the last meeting for which the board produced minutes. Minutes that are ratified by the board are the legal record of the meeting. There are no minutes for the 4/9/2025 board meeting, nor any subsequent board meetings. The board did not publish the transcripts for the 8/5/2025 board meetings. On 8/26/2025, meeting transcripts were still published on CPM’s “Online portal”. Now they have been removed. When CPM resigns on 9/30/2025, where will all the Association records go to?
